Sequencing
We offer next-generation sequencing services and Sanger sequencing validation. We can process blood, hair, tissue, or extracted DNA samples. Standard data output is a FASTQ, BAM, and VCF file. Additional bioinformatic analysis can be done upon request.
Custom Assay Design
Custom genomic assay design for both small and large panels (10 - 4000 amplicons). We can design targeted resequencing assays for any species with a reference genome.
